It seems the controversy surrounding the famous — and now classic — videos known as Skinny Bob is far from over. For some, it’s clearly CGI; for others, it’s a genuine record of non-human entities.
Released on YouTube in 2011 by a user named “ivan0135,” the series of leaked videos supposedly shows alien beings being interrogated by a government agency, allegedly the KGB. In the clips, an “alien” with the typical appearance of a gray is shown being interviewed and examined, supposedly as part of some kind of diplomatic exchange.
The being is described as originating from the Zeta Reticuli star system and is said to have arrived on Earth as part of a delegation to discuss “matters of mutual interest.” According to the videos, these aliens were escorted by special officers and only met with high-ranking officials. Although several entities are said to have been involved, the most notable one became known by the nickname Skinny Bob, who went viral due to his appearance and sparked intense debate within the UFO community.
The alien appears as an extremely thin figure, with a hunched posture, bald and oversized head, narrow mouth, and large, expressive eyes that seem to blink. His hands are supposedly claw-like, although the videos never provide a clear view of them. Apparently, a series of interviews with the being took place between 1942 and 1969, but only a few fragments have been leaked.
The most famous video shows Skinny Bob sitting at a table, seemingly engaged in a telepathic interview. Afterwards, we see full-body footage of the being, highlighting his unusually long arms and peculiar build. The final scene shows the entity lying in a kind of liquid pool, where he was reportedly resting or sleeping.
Now, an alleged Army whistleblower named Edward Abbott claims that the Skinny Bob clips are real — authentic footage of alien beings — and says he viewed the full, unedited video inside a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) in 2008.
Abbott became known in the UFO community in 2021, after a phone interview with researcher Linda Moulton Howe on her YouTube channel. In the interview, the former Army intelligence analyst shared surprising claims about his time in Iraq, secret government operations, and encounters with extraterrestrial phenomena. According to him, he served between 2007 and 2009.
He claims the Iraq War wasn’t just about politics and oil — it also involved a mission to recover ancient artifacts. A senior officer allegedly told him: “This is our fourth civilization on Earth that has reached this level or even further. Let’s hope we make it.” When Abbott asked for more details, the officer responded ominously, suggesting that humanity could face annihilation if it failed to act wisely.
Abbott also describes witnessing a V-shaped UFO one quiet afternoon. “I was outside washing my motorcycle when the neighborhood suddenly fell silent. I looked up and saw a craft flying over the nearby houses.” He managed to take photos before two jets and two Black Hawk helicopters converged on the object, which silently flew away and eventually dove into a body of water.
His claims go further. He stated that aliens have been on Earth for millennia, living among us through a hybrid program: “They’re walking among us, and you wouldn’t even notice the difference,” he said. More disturbingly, he claimed that aliens are interested in the human soul, studying how to capture and transfer it to other vessels. “It sounded fantastic at first, but considering what I saw, it started to make sense.”
He also confirmed that secret artifact recovery operations occurred in the Middle East, claiming: “We got them. They said they got everything they needed from that country.” According to Abbott, the artifacts hold extraordinary, undisclosed value — both to humans and extraterrestrials.
And yesterday, during a conversation on the YouTube channel UndercoverETuk, Edward Abbott made a statement that caught the attention of many. According to him, Skinny Bob is real — these are authentic clips that indeed show beings from beyond Earth.
Abbott stated:
“I saw the full leaked video inside a SCIF, unedited. There was a being — a pilot — inside the craft. The footage was in color, and he moved, blinked, rotated. He was alive. We saw two craft flying in a staggered formation. Parts of that video are now missing online. What they showed us that day changed everything.”
We cannot be certain whether Edward Abbott is truly credentialed as he claims. And even if he did serve and witnessed what he says, like any whistleblower, without solid and verifiable evidence, it’s not possible to confirm or deny the truth of his claims.

I saw this craft on July 5th, 2019. I spent a long time looking for information about it on the internet and finally found a video of it on Tyler Glockner’s YouTube channel Secureteam10, it was described as a Butterfly shaped UFO in the title.
