Extraterrestrials reportedly descended in a craft, disembarked, and made contact with high-ranking United States officials at a secret air base in New Mexico in 1964 — and the late George H. W. Bush was said to have been informed about it. This is what Dr. Eric Davis claims in the new documentary currently most discussed within the ufological community, involving whistleblowers, agents, politicians, and high-ranking U.S. officials: “The Age of Disclosure.”
According to Davis, the incident came to Bush’s attention through an internal report describing the alleged encounter at Holloman Air Force Base. The astrophysicist — who served as a scientific consultant for the now-defunct Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, created by Congress in 2007 at the request of the late Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) — said that Bush privately shared with him what he had been told about the event.
Davis added that Bush described three objects approaching the base that day, and that from one of them emerged a non-human entity that allegedly met face-to-face with Air Force officers and CIA personnel.
These statements were presented by Davis during his appearance in “The Age of Disclosure”, a documentary by filmmaker Dan Farah released on Amazon last Friday (21).
“One of the craft landed on the runway, and a non-human entity disembarked from the landed vehicle and interacted directly with uniformed Air Force personnel and civilian CIA staff,” Davis said in the film.
He also revealed that when Bush requested additional details about the case, he was told by those in charge that he “didn’t need to know more than that.”
According to Davis, Bush — a decorated former naval aviator and former CIA director — was informed about the alleged encounter only after leaving the presidency. Davis says the two discussed the matter during a series of private meetings in 2003.
Davis did not describe the appearance of the craft or the beings involved, nor did he present any physical evidence to support the claims.
The documentary, highly anticipated within the UFO community, focuses on the U.S. government’s ultra-secret UFO recovery initiative known as the “Legacy Program.” It features testimonies from American officials who claim to have direct knowledge of the existence of extraterrestrials and their visits to Earth.
In the film, Davis also states that alien bodies were allegedly recovered in Russia in 1988, removed from the wreckage of a large Tic Tac–shaped UAP.
Hal Puthoff — a quantum physicist, former AATIP member, and long-time advocate for transparency — adds in the documentary that several different types of extraterrestrial beings are believed to exist.
In the documentary, Puthoff states that the recovered bodies were not all of the “same type”, though he declines to provide further details.
“Whoever they are, they’re here,” he said. “And they’ve been operating here for a very long time.”
Other interviewees describe injuries sustained by service members who claim to have had direct physical contact with UAPs.
Gary Nolan, an immunologist and cancer researcher at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, says he evaluated several service members who were referred to him by CIA representatives and by an unidentified aerospace company. According to Nolan, these personnel exhibited “horrific” burns and “internal scarring” — including damage observed within the brain itself.
Mike Flaherty, a retired intelligence officer with both the U.S. Navy and Air Force, also claims to have suffered medical complications and “biological effects” after interacting with one of the craft.
The documentary asserts that the Legacy Program is operated by elements of the CIA, the U.S. Air Force, the Department of Energy, and unnamed private defense contractors. According to the film, these groups have recovered multiple crash sites and alien bodies.

— Mike Colangelo (@MikeColangelo) August 1, 2023The existence of the program is concealed even from U.S. presidents — prompting several lawmakers to warn that the bureaucracy of the so-called “deep state” may be withholding crucial information about potential national-security threats.
“We’ve had repeated instances of something operating in our airspace, over restricted nuclear facilities, and it’s not ours. And we don’t know whose it is. That alone — that single statement — deserves investigation, attention, and focus,” said then-Senator Marco Rubio.
He added that many Americans hold an unrealistic idea of how the government actually works:
“I think people assume that presidents can walk into the Oval Office on day one and say, ‘Alright, take me to Roswell, show me the alien bodies, I want to see the autopsy video, I want to see everything — open it all up.’ But that’s a very naïve understanding of how our government operates.”
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) cautioned that the public should be more concerned with the threats posed by Earth-based adversaries than by those from outer space.
“If you have objects in the sky that you can’t identify, that’s a problem. Because it could be China, it could be Russia, it could be any adversary,” said the New York senator.
Director and producer Dan Farah told The Post that he hopes the film will accelerate the UFO-disclosure movement.
“I think this film puts us in a different position,” he said. “It sets the stage for a president to step up to the microphone and more confidently tell all of humanity that we are not alone in the universe.”
