Representative Anna Paulina Luna (Republican, Florida) has been standing out for her active role in the disclosure of UFO/UAPs. She is co-chair of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena Caucus (UAP Caucus), a bipartisan group in Congress that seeks to investigate, hold hearings, and push for greater transparency on cases involving unidentified aerial and submersible objects.
Alongside Luna, the caucus includes figures such as Tim Burchett (R-TN), Jared Moskowitz (D-FL), Nancy Mace (R-SC), Eric Burlison (R-MO), and Andy Ogles (R-TN). As the leader of a federal task force for the declassification of secrets, Luna advocates for the release of military and intelligence files that she says contain evidence of technologies “not created by mankind.”
Today, the congresswoman brought this debate to a wide audience by appearing on The Joe Rogan Experience, where she spoke about classified photos, possible “interdimensional beings,” and movements “outside of time and space.”
In a compelling conversation with Joe Rogan, Representative Anna Paulina Luna made striking statements about UAPs and their occupants, mentioning possible interdimensional beings and actions that defy our understanding of time and space.
Luna, who leads the Federal Task Force for the Declassification of Secrets, stated that she has seen classified photos of unidentified objects that, according to her, were not created by mankind. Although she did not release the images, the congresswoman explained that she viewed them inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and believes they could reveal technologies or entities beyond current human knowledge.
“They call them interdimensional beings,” Luna said during the interview. “I believe they can, in fact, operate within temporal dimensions that we do not yet understand.”

“I can tell you, without getting into confidential conversations, that there have been incidents where very trustworthy people reported movements outside of time and space,” she added.
But this is not the first time Luna has suggested an origin of this nature. She had previously raised the hypothesis that the entities associated with UAP phenomena could be interdimensional.
In a congressional hearing in 2023, Representative Luna questioned former Navy official David Grusch about the use of the term “non-human intelligence” instead of “extraterrestrial,” suggesting that the entities could be interdimensional. Grusch, in turn, avoided using the terms “extraterrestrial” or “alien” when describing these entities, which led Luna to speculate about their interdimensional nature.
Additionally, in a social media post, Luna shared an image of a multi-eyed being resembling biblical depictions of angels, commenting: “Real representation of angels. 10/10.” The post sparked discussions about the possibility that some UAP sightings might reflect spiritual or interdimensional beings rather than extraterrestrial entities.

Besides Luna, another lawmaker who has explored the interdimensional hypothesis is Representative Tim Burchett (R-TN). In 2023, Burchett stated that the U.S. government is withholding information about UAPs and that the entities associated with these phenomena might not be of extraterrestrial origin, but rather interdimensional.
Additionally, whistleblower Luis Elizondo, who previously led the Department of Defense’s UAP investigation program, has also suggested that UAPs could have an interdimensional origin. In a 2021 interview, Elizondo stated that UAPs could be “as likely to have originated from outer space as from another dimension.”
The debate over the nature of UAPs continues to gain attention in the United States Congress, particularly among lawmakers like Anna Paulina Luna and Tim Burchett, who do not rule out the possibility that some of these entities could be interdimensional. By raising these hypotheses, Luna seeks to spark a broader discussion about government transparency and access to information that, according to her, remains excessively classified.
Luna’s appearances on widely viewed programs, such as Joe Rogan’s show, underscore her commitment to bringing the topic to the public beyond the halls of Congress. By referencing classified photos and possible interdimensional beings, the congresswoman not only highlights issues of secrecy and national security but also stimulates public and scientific interest in investigating phenomena that defy conventional explanations.
With the support of other members of Congress and former military officials like Luis Elizondo, the interdimensional hypothesis gains credibility as a possibility, even if it remains controversial. The involvement of these actors reinforces the idea that UAP investigations are not merely a fringe curiosity but a matter of political, scientific, and cultural relevance—one that could reshape our understanding of the universe and our place within it.
