Jacques Vallée is a renowned French computer scientist, astrophysicist, writer, and ufologist, widely recognized for his pioneering contributions to UFO research. With a degree in computer science and a solid background in astronomy, Vallée began his career working on projects related to space exploration and scientific data analysis, including collaborations with NASA.
His entry into ufology began in the 1960s, when he started investigating UFO sightings in the United States and around the world. Unlike many researchers of the time, Vallée adopted a rigorous scientific approach, documenting cases and analyzing patterns of the phenomena systematically. He also emphasized the importance of studying not only visual sightings but also the physical, psychological, and technological effects associated with UFO encounters.
Vallée is known for challenging simplistic explanations for the phenomenon. While many focused on the extraterrestrial hypothesis, he proposed the idea that the phenomena could have an interdimensional origin, suggesting that non-human intelligences might interact with our world from parallel dimensions or alternate realities.
According to Vallée, these beings would not be limited to conventional space travel, but rather represent a type of manifestation capable of altering human perceptions, influencing events, and manipulating reality in sophisticated ways. This innovative perspective led him to write influential books, such as Passport to Magonia and Dimensions: A Casebook of Alien Contact, in which he explores connections between folklore, human experiences, and contact with unknown intelligences.
In addition to his academic and literary work, Vallée has also served as a consultant for government agencies and participated in high-level UFO investigations, including secret programs studying possible interactions with non-human entities. His work combines science, critical analysis, and an open mind toward the unknown, making him one of the most respected and influential figures in global ufology.

With his long-standing experience in ufology and high-level investigations, Vallée has gained access to privileged accounts and information that rarely reach the public.
It was in this context that, during an appearance on the Weaponized podcast, hosted by Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp, he revealed surprising details about a secret U.S. program in which authorities interacted with non-human entities approximately 20 years ago.
According to Vallée, the government was able to establish “direct and structured communications” with a non-human intelligence through a “highly sophisticated process,” conducted continuously under controlled laboratory conditions in a secure facility he had never heard mentioned publicly.

“What was described to me is a highly sophisticated process through which we might be able to interact with the Entities,” the UFO expert said in response to a question regarding non-human beings.
When asked about the veracity of claims that the U.S. had successfully communicated with non-human intelligences, Vallée confirmed the report as factual.
“Yes, yes, it is factual, based on the people I spoke with,” he added. At the same time, he noted uncertainty regarding whether the entity was real or simulated, distinguishing it from historical events such as the Trinity test in 1945.
During the podcast, Vallée also commented on the 1917 Fátima event, interpreting it as a profound phenomenon in terms of eyewitness testimony, as some 80,000 people reportedly witnessed a massive silver disk between them and the sun.
Jacques Vallée’s revelations add a new layer of complexity to our understanding of UFO phenomena. According to him, interactions with non-human intelligences may have been conducted in controlled, scientific environments for decades.
As one of the most respected figures in global ufology, Vallée’s testimony highlights the importance of continuing to investigate and critically analyze these phenomena, always combining scientific rigor with an openness to the unknown.
