The trailer for Disclosure Day, by Steven Spielberg, was released a few days ago, and the internet hasn’t stopped analyzing every single frame. People are slowing down the audio, examining symbols, and connecting the images to real-world events. The question that won’t go away is: is this just another movie, or something more?
The promotional video opens with an unsettling question: “What if you discovered that we are not alone? If someone showed you proof of that, how would you react?” Soon after, the character played by Emily Blunt begins producing a sequence of rhythmic sounds during a live broadcast.
According to researcher Brian Roemmele, who has studied signal technologies for more than four decades, the supposed alien language featured in the trailer employs a method known as sine-wave speech.
This is a real technique in which the sound initially seems like mere noise until the brain is properly tuned to the stimulus, at which point the meaning emerges. He believes the word being spoken in that scene is “Revelation.”
Roemmele also notes that the subliminal use of sine-wave patterns has been shown to have the potential to influence decisions at an unconscious level when embedded in audio.
Although neither Universal nor Steven Spielberg has confirmed this interpretation, audiences continue to revisit the trailer in slow motion, claiming to perceive overlapping layers of tones and sound patterns.
Here is the last portion of the Steven Spielberg teaser video.
I slowed down the sine-wave speech.
It is not perfect, but I think it is not supposed to be.
The “clicking sounds” become tones when slows down.

The clicking sounds also opened the door to parallels with some of the oldest known forms of human language. On Earth, only certain peoples of southern Africa, such as the San, use tongue-produced clicks as a core part of their speech.
Genetic studies suggest that this group may have split from other human populations between 100,000 and 200,000 years ago. In San cosmology, there is a figure known as Kaggen, a cunning creator entity with the ability to shift shapes, often taking the form of animals, most commonly the praying mantis.
Interestingly, mantis-like beings appear frequently in reports of UFO encounters, alongside the so-called “grays.” There is no way to say for certain whether this connection was intentional, but Spielberg is known for imbuing his aesthetic and sonic choices with layers of symbolism.

Throughout the trailer, several animals appear frozen in place, staring directly into the camera, with deer being especially prominent.
According to Brazilian UFO researcher Ronnie Vernet, this imagery may be linked to magnetoreception, a biological ability that allows certain animals to sense changes in Earth’s electromagnetic field. If a large-scale electromagnetic event were to occur, animals would likely perceive it before humans.
Another intriguing detail was noticed by a user named Moneypenny on X, involving a flip phone that briefly appears in the trailer. It appears to be a model commonly used as a kosher phone in certain Jewish communities, lacking cameras and internet access to avoid distractions.
Interestingly, Moneypenny pointed out that this specific phone model was only released in 2023, raising questions about the film’s chronology.
🚨 SPIELBERG 5G KOSHER TWIST?
Has anyone else asked why the flip phone close up in the Disclosure Day trailer is that particular model?

One of the most discussed lines comes from the character played by Josh O’Connor, who states that the truth belongs to seven billion people. The number stands out, since the current global population exceeds eight billion.
Some see this as a deliberate choice, suggesting that within the film’s universe not everyone on Earth is fully human. Others lean toward the idea that the story unfolds across different periods, spanning several decades.
According to a Reddit post mentioned in the discussion, the timing of this film’s release feels oddly similar to 2007 and 2008, when the internet was buzzing over the mystery of the Mitchell-Hedges crystal skull and search results were flooded with Indiana Jones advertisements.
User Grant Lavac, on the X platform, also pointed out that the house featured in Disclosure Day looks strikingly similar to the one seen in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. When screenwriter David Koepp was asked whether the two films share the same universe, he declined to answer.

A rumor also circulated claiming that Emily Blunt would appear as a witness at a future congressional hearing on UAPs.

According to Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, this claim was debunked. In the end, the question remains: is Disclosure Day merely entertainment, a brilliantly timed marketing move aligned with current events, or something more? The film is set to be released on June 12, 2026.
